Evening includes food provided by Alando Kenyan Cuisine, music by DJ Telly, and our annual procession to the Opening Night screening lead by City of Bethlehem Bagpipe Band.

More about the South Side Film Fest:
If you’ve never attended the SSFF, you’re in for a treat. This festival of Independent Film has, in its first 8 years, screened 750 films representing 70 countries and 40 states - to paraphrase, “attend locally and be exposed globally”! 70 films will be screened multiple times over the Festival’s five days ending with a Closing Night Party, at 9pm on Saturday, June 16, at the Gander II Room at 102 W 4th Street ($10).
Opening Night and Friday’s Late Night films are $10; all other films are
$5. The other two venues are Lehigh’s Whitaker Lab Auditorium and the Victory Firehouse at Webster and Columbia - one block north of 3rd Street.
We would like to collaborate with you on any summer trips you’re planning! We can help with transportation, organizing, advertising, and even funding. Just let us know.
